Make a Salad Fun, Would Ya?

Now and again I just whip up a salad. A different salad. Make it fun, would ya? This one here has:

2 generous handfuls of fresh baby spinach

1/2 English cucumber - sliced (peel left on)

1 green onion sliced

a handful of trail mix with assorted nuts, raisins and seeds (mine had smarties - I took them out and gave them to um...er....*Mila*)

6-8 PC sea salt & pepper Calabrese bread croutons (they are the HUGE croutons)

1 tsp of watered down Ranch dressing
