For breakfast today

On mornings that I do decide to gulp down something I've been choosing eggs lately.  This morning we were rushing around to get out of the house and get going.  And so, I reached into the fridge and chose....


smoked salmon....


rolled in a slice of ....


jalapeno.....


havarti cheese.


What is wrong with me?  Anyhow.
